Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try vasoline, you need to lubricate the seals to make them all soft again ...

they are new rubbers, only bout 5 months old, and they are genuine toyota rubbers. It is only the passanger side that leaks. can also hear air comming in at med-high speeds. the joys of a targa top i spose! lol.

Hi,
MK1 MR2 is the same, most of them leak in the rain!
I have used black RTV silicone in the past, just put it on your fingertip and build up the surface a little where it leaks.
Best thing is you can peel the silicone off at a later time if you want to, though there is no way it will come off by itself.
Cheers, Nick.

If that's the case it's most likely the window itself that will need to be adjusted
