The soarers equiped with the tv are NTSC and need to be converted to pal to recieve the right signals. But once 2008 when analoug tv is cut everyone is going to be looking how to convert them to digital lol.

i work with touch screen PC's all day... my thoughts...
rip the old screen out stick a LCD in with resistive touch input for the PC and leave the stock IR touch there and a TV capture card for the original toyota display, run a pc with XP media center edition, 1gb of ram, no swap file, system on a read only compact flash card and your mp3 collection on a mirrored 100gb or so raid setup... should kick ass!
if someone gives me a soarer and a few thousand $$ ill check it out futher
