hi im just seeing what intrest there would be on a 3sge motor done 161,000km this motor requires a rebuild its still in the car at the moment i will have some pics up on tuesday when it comes out of the car. the motor has been running really bad lately. i will pull the head off on tuesday or wednesday and ill find out how bad it really is

yeah asme i have a 3S-GE that has a fucked number #1 big end bearing be about 600 to fix

well, it is a gen 1 3sge out of a st162, rebulit the bottom end but didnt bother about the upper half, and it seems like it is not in the best of shape.
so unless its off a st162 or u want the whole lot gone, i dont really need any manifolds, just the bare unit..
what sorta condition is it in, approx how many k's, valves were still sealing and holding good compression b4 bearing spun??? and so on>>

i have 2 heads do you have an 86 0r an 88?
and were you after the cames?

i would probably be more interested in the 88 head, is it off the engine that has done 160 000 Kms? did you find out why it was running rough? does it need rebuilding or any valves reseating> coz that can get expensive.
have either of the motors overheated? as it stuffs them really badly.
yeeh, head, valves, cams, cam gears and rocker covers> thats if it is still all together
how much would you be looking for
