hey guys,
i'm trying to fix this up, i tried spraying over it but thats not good coz it leaves a scar of the previous damage. so i am forced to sand all the paint off and spray it from scratch.
now i've tried sand paper, too long not effective enuf
paint stripper chemical is no good coz it will acid the plastic
whats the best method to remove all the paint and spray it?
thanks guys!

okay best way a lil dodgy but i think good enough, grab sum 600 paper rub back evenly and not too hard you dun need to spent a shit load of time rubbing it back, go down to your local paint shop grab sum plastic primer get it in grey if possible once youv applied the undercoat plastic primer then agan rub it back with 800 wet sandpaper rel lightly dont spend so much time rubbing it back then..., grab yourself sum 2pac white (1 litre), before applying paint on, stick bar outside in sun for a while till it heats up a lil then away you go with the spraying of the paint ensuring your in a wind free place so youi dont get dust sticking on the shit!

wind free place + 2 pac = recipie for deathness.
just sand it back, buy some primer, spray it.
ive found that actone works wonders stripping paint off plastic, and ive never had any issues with it eating into the plastic, i just rub it on, and wipe the surface quickly afterwards.

i did some asking around and apparently
you're suppose to wet the sand paper
before using it. i tried, its more
effective and prevents the paper to fail
as it did before.
...something so simple, it works.
what i cant believe is why didn't the
autobarn guy tell me about this.

Perhaps because he's a sales assistant not a spray painter. And if he gave you advice, would you listen to a guy from Autobarn anyway?
Make sure you get the right primer for your plastic and also the correct paint. Some will not be flexible enough and the next time you bump something it'll all crack and fall off. Also most plastics need a "pre-prime" with a solvent of some description to get rid of the plasticiser from the surface.

Use white coloured sand paper. It's called dri-lube. dont need water and it works sick. 3M stuff proskool. (its green though) and dont forget the plastic primer. it's different to normal stuff
