timing belt cover maybe

or on the engine plate its in one of the long string of numbers at the start

its a 3S of some kind.... 3SFE?

It's on the end of the block directly above the bell housing I believe. At least that is where it is for the 3SGTE and I'd expect it to be in the same place for the 3SFE.
