The box that came with the 2T was the T50. As far as sticking it in a rolla, it is a bit bigger than the stock box, and I think a bit longer, so a custom/modified cross member will be required. If you wanna stick a W5x box in there, you'll have a bit more work ahead of you. Someone else will have to confirm whether or not a W5x will fit in the trans tunnel, but the W55 came with 3TGTE's (among other things), so if you find one of these boxes, you'll have a suitable bell housing. Be warned though, they were never Australian delivered, hence they are rare. You'd also have to take into account the shifter on the W boxes is significantly further back than the original.
I'd presume you'd need a custom tailshaft, or a lot of luck with a tape measure also.
As far as cost is concerned, that depends on how muchwork you do yourself. If you can weld up any custom parts you need, it could cost bugger all for everything but the tail shaft.
Another interesting thing is the J160 (6 speed box in lexus IS200's) bolts up to 2TG's, but again, everything else would have to be cusso.

Well, a T50 will handle the power of a worked NA 2TG and will take the least work to put in. So basically, I wouldn't go to the extra effort of the supra box unless you were planning forced induction.
