either aftermarket to suit the smallport 100kw, or the stock headers off of a 20valve will do!

whats your defintion between the two?
i always thought extractors are another name for exhaust manifolds and vice versa?
and yes im pretty sure they are the same

extractors are like a high performance version of an exhaust menifold, they help the exhausts flow out by useing pulses and various other methods. some people are very touchy if you call an exhaust manifold an extractors.
