Is there any good reasons why buy 2.25inch coil sleeve instead of 2.5inch or vice versa.
I think that theres nothing essential between these two.
I can only buy 2.25 coil sleeve other wise its going to be order by mail.
Wanna know before i get ones.

You should be a little more specific. 2.25" in diameter or length. If it's diam then you have to buy to suit your strut and if it's length then the longer the better I suppose.

I definitely meant diameter i have never seen or heard 2.25" lenght springs. I think that even helper springs are at least something like 3" long.
2.25" spring might be bit too short for me .
I need to get coil sleeves and make the short stroke struts first and then measure and estimate my spring needs. All i wanted to know was that would it be wiser to get 2.25" I.D. sleeves or 2.5" I.D. refering to srpring prices, availability, multi types of springs and are there any unknown factors in characteristics(to me). For example it feels like 2.5" might be more progressive due to larger coil diameter(propably isnt ).
Firstly, Im sure DAMO is talking about the height/length of the sleeve. as you will have XXinches up/down adjustment.
Secondly, the ID of the sleeve should be as close as possible, if not exactly the same as the OD of your strut (without being smaller) for example:
If your strut has an outside diameter of 2.5 inches then your sleeve should have an Inside diameter of 2.5 inches also.
But then again you might be confusing the coil-over adjustment threaded 'sleeve' with the actual coil 'spring'
If you do indeed mean spring, then there are no great differences other than diameter. But their fitment will be dictated by the diameter of your spring platform.
As for differences in rate/progressiveness this is because all coil springs have a different use and thier use may require a pre-determined rate. Of the shelf car springs are ususlly a hit and miss affair, which unless your suspension setup is right for that particular pre-designed spring you may as well not have wasted your cash.
If you are buying them for you'r car, get some made to suit you'r required rate and height.
