oil pressure gauge on 4agze

hey guys,
i have an electronic oil pressure gauge that i want to install on to my 4agze, someone told me that i could just tap it into the stock oil pressure gauge. i did that but it still does'nt work.
could anyone help me??

Maybe they meant the stock oil pressure sender location. Most likely you can't use the stock sender with an aftermarket gauge, do you have a sensor to auit the gauge?

yes i have the oil sender unit, but don't know where to put it.

You can either take out your old oil pressure sensor and replace it with your new one, or buy a sandwich plate with adaptor fittings to take the new sensor.
4As have the OPS on the front passenger side of the block, probably the same for GZEs.
