Same except i didn't play online, just play on console got the game to like 50% complete then haven't played it for like 2-3 months.
As for XBOX games, Halo, Didn't really get addicted to Halo 2 Just finished it then bought NFSU2 amusing for a while.

LOLOL. My brother was addicted to Ultima Online.
As for me:
Battle of Britan, 688 Attack Sub, X-Wing, TIE Fighter, Doom 2, Ultima 8, Sim Ant, Warcraft 2, Quake, and Fire Arms. 
I think that prettymuch covers the games I was addicted to.

i wasted a whole year FINISHING GT2, thats right, 100% completed.
im half way through gt4, but the endurnace races are just too long.
i was addicted to gotham1+2 and rally sport 1+2.
as well as hl2, gta3(all of em).

Lol isn't there like 2000+ servers just on steam though, only got it a couple weeks back i suck lol.
OH and PGR 1 and 2, aced number 1 yet to technically finish number 2 ie haven't managed to win the Nurburgring on Platinum yet was leading coming on to the 3rd or so last corner of the last lap once and spun, alas after that effort I just gave up stupid fucking game.

i guess you owned a 486dx 66mhz and still lives in 1992 - 94...
where 486's are teh win.... L,I,M... IDDQD..... and Dipstick and also Quick Menu was also teh win ^_^
currently playing Far cry instincts.... D1 dorifto game, Genji , splinter cell 3....

Anyone else ever play the Simpsons DOOM mod?
4D sports Boxing and Driving got me seriously hooked on the ol' 386DX, then Microprose GP/GP2 on teh 486DX-4 100 (Widt teh MASSIF 8mb of RAM ! ! !)
GP3 was a fave for a long while, and Proj.Gotham 1&2 were funfunfun. Halo 1 - mmmm.... hate those "flood"... Grand Prix Legends was the last big thing for Me, currently working in spasmodic bursts on GT4 (PS2), and GTR (PC) to a lesser extent.
Oh - I also did MANY weekend-long LAN stints on DukeNukem3D, TOCA, Doom2, Quake, Unreal Tournament, Halflife/CounterStrike, Serious Sam, and a few others whose names I can't think of.
Hmmm.... What did the Doc say again about sunlight deficiency?

OH MY GOD!
I forgot Wolfenstien 3D, Keen Dreams (I got to the Keen franchise late), Sim Farm, Sim City 1, Sim City 2000, Transport Tycoon And HERETIC! We played SO MUCH Heretic multiplayer! Ovemorph! And some Hexen too with the porkalator. But we didn't play that as much.
Oh and:
X-COM: UFO DEFENSE! That game was AWESOME!
We also made our own levels for Doom 2 and Duke Nukem 3D. Not that we played Duke3D much. Quake was the preference. QUAD DAMAGE!
And yeah, me and my bro played Golden Axe a bit too. But I wasn't realy addicted to it.

Gaming doesn't hold the same draw for me anymore. When I was young games where interesting and exciting, and I'd play 'em against my friends. Now I play games against faceless enemies over the internet who scream out the most stupid shit and act like freekin' retards. I was NEVER that spastic when I was 16. And so many cheaters... I hate cheaters. Stupid bastards who can't hack losing.

any one played f.e.a.r. yet? its based on the doom3 engine i think, but the grafix are HEAPS better, u need top hw to play that game, with my 9800pro it struggles (and here i was thinking i wouldnt need to upgrade for at least a year). its the most grafix intensive game out atm. its freaky like doom3 aswell.
