I have one here, the bottom bit and rubber seal is perfect but the top cover has some damage(been pushed in a bit on the original inlet side), if you're using it on rwd should be good as you'll have to modify the top cover anyway.

are you referring to the standard airbox that come with the engine?
perhaps i wasnt clear enough in my initial post.
im looking for soemthing custom made to suit rwd application (ae86)
