LOL, nahh, not that easy.. but you get used to it.. katakana is just another alphabet..
what model?
i got a couple of Nichimo 2000GT models recently (1:24), as well as another 1:20 KE15 sprinter
as for 12 and 13..
tsuyakeshi is matte ( i think)
so
12 is matte black (that kanji = black)
13 is matte red

Ah yep I concluded it was a Matt by looking at what parts the numbers were referring too.
It was a DR30 RS-X.
also have a Tamiya Sard GT Supra started but put it away for moment cause I wanted something easier/quicker to build right now (very nice kit).
Have a Mine's R32 also finished besides spraying the body (needed a respray, do it properly with airguns then aerosol - was doing it while the garage was half packed up so needs redoing). Using mostly original Tamiya R32 kit rather than the Fujimi Mines kit as it has engine detail...
Yep they my current projects lol.
Arigatou gozimashita...

katakana and hiragana are fine cos you can read them.. sicne they are both just phonetic alphabets..
but kanji sucks the big one.... unless you know the character, you can't even guess what it sounds like.... but you might be able to guess the meaning if it is made up of smaller characters..
so... no... not easy.. it's still difficult for me...
but getting easier....
