cool1 and i have been talking, we wanna organise a cruise
we wanna do something along the lines of the maleny/woodford cruise
maybe we could go north or south, maybe over the border to NSW.
looking for predominately a day cruise
start at approx 9am, cruise to where ever it is we end up going, have a feed, invade a fast food shop or bring our own food
looking for places to do some spirited driving, not all windy roads tho, maybe some places we can see who's car is fastest .
take snaps, ect ect
we need suggestions ppl

The Toyota Car Club has a cruise planned for the 11th would be great if you guys decided to head along to that!
I don't have the exact details on the route but I think it is going to Tamborine way.
Cheers
Wilbo

I'd come along, wouldnt mind meeting some more people from here, need a little bit of notice as to when and where, so I can switch shifts at work, unless a weekday is decided on
Oh yeah, the height still isnt adjustable on my celsior, so no laughing at how high it is

hi folks, as Wilbo points out, the TCCQld christmas cruise is open to everyone!
Date: Sunday 11 December
Depart: Motorama 4x4xmore (Salisbury) 9:30am
Destination: Mount Tamborine
Route there: TBA (but not the M1), will aim for Tamborine Village at base of mountain then up the old road to the village at the top of the hill!
What to do there: BBQ lunch, greet and gawk, and forest walks for the energetic
How to come home:
option 1: down the coast sid, over to the Gold Coast (probably BWCP) to watch BoostCruisers get defected, and then home via the highway or the backstreets (if you live on the coast)
option 2: down the back to Canungra, then up to brisbane - either via Tamborine or Beaudesert
BYO: UHF radio (channel TBA at departure), hat, sunscreen, digital camera, car, self
Food: BYO BBQ food! the club usually brings along chilled cans of cheap softdrink at $1 ea.
Preparation: bbq food and something to eat off, a map of SE Qld
Who is the TCCQld? Toyota enthusiasts young and old, everything from factory original TA22s to hi-po Supras all the way to Prius drivers.
Gold-Coasters may like to meet up at Tamborine Village before the climb up the hill.
More info to come (inc maps and meet spots). We'll organise a cheap & discrete rear-window sticker so you'll know who to follow,
Suggestion for the day: DONT BUNCH-UP OR BLOODY TAILGATE UP THE HILL - spread out and make a decent run
