Standard what?
Specs are-
Impedance: 13.6 Ohms
Flows 400cc/min at 3 Bar base fuel preesure @ 0.70ms or 440cc/min at 3.5 Bar base fuel pressure @ 0.78ms
4 hole pintle design.

Sorry mate, no idea about standard Neo specs - I was just told these were a drop in replacement for the Neo and 2ZZ engines.
If it's any help for comparison's sake, on a 2.5L VVTi 1JZ-GTE, these injectors will flow enough fuel for 250+rwkw at standard base pressure and then some depending on how high you bump the rail pressure up.

Hydrualic setup in your case would be my guess.. but you'd be better off finding a complete JZA70/JZX90 radiator/fan/shroud/motor drive assembly rather than just pieces at a time.
