Put some high build 2 pac on my bumper in the hope of being able to sand it back and have a nice smooth surface....didnt cure so i am stuck with paint that is not hard and wont sand off. Anyone know a kind of paint stripper that can get off the paint and not damage the rubber underneath?

Heard that nail polish (with acetone content) can do the trick. Slow but sure.
