Core dimensions of about 400x300x76.
The size i have listed on that is the tank to tank size.

Yeah it a bit of a pain cause if you still want to have your grill you have to go custom! Im yet to find one that will fit my TA22

I got a PWR 400x300x75 cooler on my car and i manage to fit the grill back on and thats with thermo fans infront of the radiator and a proper 5mm gap between the cooler and and the fans. I cable tied my grill back on and it is resting up against the cooler cause i cbf fixing it properly for now but all you would need is some rubber 10 or 15mm packing spacers and longer screws to get your grill back on properly.

Or, you just grind out that tiny bit of plastic from behind the grill, like I did.

Hey Guys,
Just wondering if any of you knew a panel beater i can take my RA23 into.
Someone ran up my back and it's moved the skin on the area that would be my right quarter panel. Only thing is, the entire car is one freakin shell.
If anyone knows a place i can take it to in Melb, let me know.
Thanks.

And thats related to intercoolers... how? - but sorry to hear about your accident.
Yeah I had no problem getting a 500x300x100 (inc tanks) into my RA28. No cutting required.. Still have grill on there.

Where do you guys run the piping through?? Have you cut holes in the wall next to the lights or through the bumper support holes?

You only got to make em that lil bit bigger and you can get a 2.5 inch pipe through it, but bear in mind its a bit of a pain or you can pull holes in your strut tower and rad support panel
