Will these wheels fit a TA22 - RA23

Hi Boys and Girls,
I've got a set of 16" wheels and i would like some responses on whether or not they'll fit a TA or RA celica
Heres the specs:
Front 16"x7"
Offset 32mm (actually it may be 38, i'm not 100% sure)
Tyres: 205/50/16
Rear 16"x 8"
Offset 38mm
Tyres 225/50/16
Okay before anyone suggests it, i've already done a search.
I found that 8 inch wide can fit a TA/RA22 or 23, and 16" wheels can fit, but i couldn't find anything that said 16x8's with 38mm offset can fit
The celica in question is a RA23 i think. As you've probably guessed the celica i'm asking about is not mine, but i'm hoping to get one soon..

+38mm I think will fowl the front strut.
Probably need spacers on the front (illegal?).
Doing the XT130 strut/brake upgrade will help, as the hubs give you an extra 8mm of track or so. Which means it might *just* clear the strut. But hard to say for sure.

i doubt it. thats a lot of positive offset. and with a wheel that wide it will be far into the strut.

Take it from Me. Done it son... with 16x7 on the front of an ra23 that even HAD the xt130 struts.. +35 offset
Still didn't have a hope in hell of them fitting.
So, on ebay they went.
