i wouldnt say they are "very illegal"
if they are bolt on, they could be engineered...

No, they can't be engineered.
Spacers between the rim and the rim mounting face are illegal in all states.

im not going to be using them on the road there going to go on when im out on the track
so i can get more track and have more choice of rims to choose from

is there anything i should be aware of like studs snapping doing bearing coz of to much load

Make sure they are close to hub centric, and have spigots to locate the new rim on too.
Make sure you have about 8 turns per nut too.

See how this one doesn't have a lip

And make sure the hole in the middle is as close to the size of the hub.
But come to think of it, a 4 to 5 stud changer would require one of the original studs to be used, so you'd need an extra long stud...
In the long run, you'd be better off to fit 5 studs to your car.

well i just rang tyre king and thay said
75-80 bucks
and will take a day to come in
CrUZsida.
so u need the lip to suit the new rim is that right is that just to locate the rims in the center
