I have an engine shop in Qld. not a lot of help , except I regularly ship engines interstate & can easily do one for you and send it down.
if you check with motor trades assoc in sydney, they will give you a list of local members of the engine reconditioners association of aust. at least you will deal with a reputable company. expect $2200-$3300 depending on what is wrong with yours when opened up

first question: why do you want it recoed? if it's just so you can keep driving it for longer after it starts blowing smoke, it'll be a lot cheaper to just buy a 4a-ge engine (which will cost you about the same as a big mac meal) and drop that in.
