How do you time in a distributor on a map sensed 4AGZE? I can't see any marks on the dizzy shaft.

Pull the cover off the crank angle sensor, have a look at the position, set the engine at #1 TDC, and line everything up. If it'll start, you got it almost right. The short the diagnosis connector (I can't remember which pins!), and get out the timing light.
