Any uni bums in here?

Well its 3am in the morning and WHAT AM I DOING AT UNI! I'll tell you what, damn major projects that I got 2 months ago but only started 3 days ago!
Just wondering if there are any other uni bums here like me that are struggling now cause they have been bludging throughout the semester.
Anyway I managed to find some stuff on the web and done specialised uni technique called "cut and paste" and my assignment is now complete.
I think its time to break my driving record from city to home again!

Hows this though?
I have a lecturer for a really hard subject. He has a real thick Hong Kong accent, he speaks about 5 times faster than a normal person. All his notes on the web are outdated, the labs on the web are not current, he's barely in his office, doesn't reply to posts on the newsgroups and doesn't reply to e-mails!
This is the subject I have an exam for next Wednesday! FUN!

Haha, I failed the same subject twice, then I HD'd it the third time around Extened my time at uni by a year though
My latest time was 25 mins to get home from the city, which was pretty stupid though since I forgot double points started from the friday morning. I could have been done bigtime
Lol, gianttomato
Lecturer: WhiteGZE, after all these years your thesis is? Me: It's an experimental investigation on the effects of a 4A-GZE powered AE82 Corolla. Lecturer: Can you kindly explain the relvenace and practical benefit of this to the community!? Me: It will teach the general public to respect the AE82 Corolla. Lecturer: WHAT!? YOU ARE FORMALLY EXPELLED FROM THIS UNI. GET OUT OF HERE AND NEVER RETURN!

Yep Ed web based research. Ok, a bit more work for the post.
Nah, for the first 2.5 years I worked my ass off. The protocol I developed meant that my experiments started at 2 am and finished at 6 or 7 at night, and I did 2 or 3 of these a week and worked 48 - 50 hours a week. Read around 700 papers, did a pile of presentations and posters and now am writing papers. Also my supervisor has suggested I set up a new protocol, start doing more experiments and teach the guy who will be continuing the stuff I started, so I'm back at the lab in development phase!!! Worse still, my out, a full time clinical job beginning in July has just disappeared (funding for the position vanished....DOH!) so he has suggested 'we' (me) go berserk doing experiments and writing papers. Today whilst at work, I have been rooting around with my data to make pretty pictures and statistical sense out of it (lies, lies and damn statistics!). Oh well, I suppose I can get the write up happening soon, as if!

uni suck ass, and i hate it with the absolute passion..... had fuck all sleep since thursday, and been staying up till 4-5 in the morning.... and no sleep just last nigth... and wont be sleeping much in the next few days... bloody hell..
bloody hell all this late night thing always happens at the end of each session... all these sleep that im missing out on... i might have to start a organisation to SUE all univerities for the lack of sleep that they caused us... $10,000 for every hour that i miss due to uni.. average sleeping time of average human is 8hrs, this is my 6th year, miss out on 5 night sleep each session, so i shoudl be entitle to $600,000 bucks.... cool...

purpleminiep - yay for teachers! I'm a glutton for punishment and doing secondary education.
6 months down, and 3.5 years to go. Btw folks, I'll be back in Syd for the hols from the 22nd June for 4 weeks, so can actually do club stuff with my Camry, will pay membership fee when Centrelink pays me more!
