13b is equivilent to 2.6L of displacement according to RTA.

legally in a car weighing under 1100kgs and having a 4cyl stock (which the KE70 is both) you can put a F/I engine up to 2.5x vehicle mass in cc.

which means that the car must weigh at least 1020kgs (RA6X weight). the poor little KE70 is not this heavy

the R100 and RX mazdas came with a rotor standard, which puts them in a different category.

it is possible to engineer a car this light with a 13b-t, but it needs to be engineered as a custom car (there's a special term, which eludes me at the moment), which basically means it has to go through a MUCH more stringent engineering process.

and how many of them are enginered?

or engineered with dodgy certs

or engineered with a restamped block Rolling Eyes

or engineered bfore the new rules came into effect

or are just plain illegal....

meh... get over it..... or get NA 13B.. or 10AT Razz
