It will be on a small plate rivetted to the fire wall in the back of your engine bay. You will also find the interior trim code as well etc.
If not then you will have to ask someone with the same coloured sprinter. They did not come out with a whole bunch of different colours either.

If you have the owner manual, you should be able to find where the number is located on the compliance plate.
Usually a 3 digit code, mine was 8HE or something like that, and that was a metalic blue.

Yeah, it's on the plate, for example mine says 8A9, that's the darkish blue/green colour they came out in
