Hey, I've got a 4AFE motor, to have a 4AGE does the entire motor have to be changed or just the head or somethin?

Yes, much more. The same block could probably be used with a
lot
of modification, but it's far easier just to get a complete 4age. I think it's been covered before, a search may yield some results.
