Why? You'd just put the "sought after" gauge in your original cluster and palm off the rest.

I would take "mynameisrodney's" advice - the mounting brackets for the oil/amp gauge are a mirror-reflection of what you need them to be.

The gauge in the top picture has the correct mounting brackets, whereas the gauge below it doesn't.
Even swapping the US gauge's internals over to your current gauge will get messy (and may not even be possible), coz you'll probably have to cut up the back of your current gauge.
