toyota feroza? never heard of it 
ECU's.. from shops that sell them.. it depends if you want a stock or aftermarket one.
price, from whatever you want to pay to more than you can afford... seriously...

you can get a $10,000 stand alone fuel managament system
try car performance shops, or second hand ones from old mates where ever. price varies alot. from about 100 - $2000. do some research on what benefits a better ECU will give you.
not like need for speed underground where an ECU upgrade will get you 100extra KW's of power.

Im guessing from your question you are fairly new to car moding.
Basically the only ecu for a Feroza is the one that is in it. If you are chasing more power there are plenty of things to mod before you play around with the ecu as the main benefit of an aftermarket ecu is to take advantage of the mods you have done that the standard ecu wont either like or understand.
