I have a 3t in my car but i was thinking about the 2t head(still pushrod) are there any problems with this(water jackets or oil passages not lining up), does it have more compression and am i right in assuming that the 2tc has none of the shitty air injection pollution gear on it. will the exhaust and intake manifolds bolt straight up? can i still use the same rocker gear or do i need the 2t stuff as well?
Cheers.
Oh yeah does anyone have a head for sale if theis all fits ok! Cool

If you're planning on going to all that trouble just to get rid of the air injection, I'd have to say it's not worth it! I have heard that early 2T heads have smaller combustion chambers which results in higher compression, but the difference is quite small.
