TA22 Standard wheels specs Thu, 24 November 2005 10:43 Go to next message
I am trying to get my TA22 engineered here in victoria. One of the things I need to change is the wheels. Is anyone able to give me the diameter and width of the standard TA22 wheels including the tyre. So I need the measurements from edge of tyre to edge of tyre. If possible could the measurements be in mm's. I have tried looking up the specs on the net and the owners manual but I have only found rim size. Many thanks to whoever can help me out with this one.
G.

The original tyres on a TA22 are 165R13, which is an 82 series profile.

The max wheel/tyre size allowable for a TA22 is:
615.8mm Max Dia
214.5mm Max Width

how did you work out the diameter? In Victoria we can only go 25mm wider and 15mm bigger to pass the engineers.

Tire Diameter=
width x profile / 100 x 2 + wheel size(in mm)

Example:
165 x 82 / 100 x 2 + 330.2 =600.8mm

No.

If you can go 25mm wider and 15mm bigger, you can have a max of 615.8mm dia and 190mm wide.

or something. I'm too sleepy now Confused
