Microtech Mapped for 2TGEU or 3TGTE Mon, 28 November 2005 03:50 Go to next message
Hi guys,
A while ago i purchased a Microtech LTX8 mapped and with a loom set up for a 2TGEU, along with the coils. I planned to use this on my 3TGTEU, but i got a quote from Microtech to get it mapped etc for this, and it was kinda hefty.
Im thinking, would all the sensors and so forth need to be changed seeing as tho the blocks are very similar? Would the loom need to be modified THAT much? I know remapping would need to take place.
Just need some general info regarding this so i can work out what direction to take Smile

3T is twinspark, so you'll have to get coils to suit.

You may have to convert the 3T to the 2T dizzy setup, depending on how you ordered it.

Rest should be the same.
