How pissed would you be?

So I go to my mates workshop for lunch today and there's a rather nice sw20 there with a rediculous dual cannon that's just been fitted.
Anyhow, I ignore the cannon, and ask if it's turbo.
Guy "No. It's supercharged"
me "Why not turbo?"
guy "it was, but there were too many hassles with turbo so they (previous owners) supercharged it"
me "ok, fair enough, lets check it out"
I look, and there is an N/A 3SGE sitting where a 3SGTE is supposed to be (it's on the compliance plate as a 3sgte)
Ok... I look stunned, but he assures me that it's fast and keeps up with gen3's
So I ask if I can follow him while he boots it, see how my 4agze keeps up.
Long story short, I overtake him convincingly easy. His face was utterly priceless.
How pissed would you be if you were him?
I'd want make the previous owners eat thier own testicles.
*edit* made it clear that the engine is N/A

are we supposed to infer from this story that you have larger testicals?
and form your analysis of the engine bay, the turbo was removed and a supercharger fitted? you know a 3SGTE is just a 3SGE with a dirty little turbo off the side?

oh.. so you mean.. it was meant to have a 3SGTE, but he took off the turbo (as he already said) and then supercharged it (as he already said)
so why the mullet expression if he already told you there was no turbo.. and that it was supercharged....
why would you possibly be surprised that there is no turbo???

well.. he didn't actually say he didn't see a supercharger 
nor did he say that he politely suggested to the new owner that there in fact wasn't a supercharger in the engine bay...

Well before we went he said he had to be back at work soon, after his second defeat that was the last I saw of him.
I'd previously tried to find the S/C and pointed out where it should be, and the lack of piping, but he was too insistent on it's power. He wanted to pull dyno printouts, I just wanted to show him.
I'm fairly certain the truth became painfully obvious.

Pretty pissed off. But for Christ sake how can you buy a supercharged car and not know theres no supercharger mounted on it. I know the Toyota supercharger is only small but, how thick would this guy be. Didn't he even open the bonnet.

regardless of opening the bonnet superchargers aren't too hard to pick anyway even toyota's small ones.

You wouldn't even have to open the bonnet. Just drive the car. You should be able to tell it's not supercharged. If not, then this guy obviously didn't drive enough SW20s (N/A and turbo) while searching for a car, and I have no sympathy.

mate ive seen dickheads point to an altinator when talking about theyre "custom turbo" ive also seen an afm called an "in line blower" heard somebody rave about "a blow off valve for every cylinder" when looking at a n/a 4cyl with itbs....this situation really doesnt surprise me at all
