yeah it will bolt in with little to no modifications nessesary, but if your coming from the older style bumper (no middle plastic section that joins to the upper nose cone)

Then you will need the updated blinkers and grill which is two piece, the blinkers are also shorter.
Also the fog lights are smaller on these newer style bumpers.
