unsure how to measure tyre/rims 'correctly'
but from looking down at the tyres from the left to the right ( of the tyre) is 8" wide
so I guess they would be 7" ?

What are the size numbers on the wall of the tyres?

205/60/R15 = 627mm rolling diameter.
and im not sure, sorry..
im pretty sure they fit a sprinter if that helps, but ask someone if you can to confirm.
