Dude, you should be able to grab a "G" series from any 4WD wreckers Grab one from a late model Hilux.

ahhhhh... so the G series lsd came from the later model hilux... easy, hadn't thought about them

any idea if it'll fit in the RN20 diff??? i imagine it would, same size (drum 2 drum as the RN25), just hoping for a more definite answer...

cheers

Note the xA70 Supra and xZ20 Soarer came with optional G series LSD's, so that's another potential source. And of course there's a wide range of aftermarket centres available, including the TrueTrac torsen centre which quite a few people here are using.

can you use a non lsd centre pumpkin and put the lsd unit in it, I just remember reading somewhere on some internet page that there are slight differences in the Centre housings.

Just while we are on G-series Diff's...

Can the ring/pinion from a live axle G-series fit into a IRS housing.
I presume so but I thought I'd check.

And does anyone have a 3.73:1 G-series ring/pinion for sale???
Preferably a 3.73:1 open or LS diff from a MA70.
Can supply 4.11:1 as trade if needed.
