Hi Guys,
I have the above for sale, motor has done 250,000 kms but it's in excellent condition.
Recently dynoed 101.5 Hp atws or 75.68 kws atws.
Looking for offers around $450.00 for engine and ecu.
Silver Top 20v standard extractors, 4 into 2 into 1, off motor that has done 74,000 kms. $100.00 ono
Reason for selling is the gearbox shit it self and I did a 20v Conversion.
If your interstate, buyer pay for shipping.

I should should have edited that post, after closer inspection by the workshop, the motor hadn't shat itself, it was the gearbox that was pissing out with oil.
They took the motor out and performed the conversion and didn't look at the motor until after and discovered the above. Something about the front seal on the gearbox going.
They drained the gearbox and found metal shavings in the oil, 2nd gear had begun to crunch a few weeks before hand and didn't last much longer.
I don't sell dodgy stuff, it's not the kind of person I am.
Any interested parties are more than welcome to contact the workshop and enquire about the motor as it's still there. I can also post the dyno sheet from about a month ago and that'll prove the engine was fine and still very much is.
My apologies for not clarifying this earlier.
The loom is cut unfortunately, the price is for the motor and ecu only.
The performance had dropped off due to the afm being rooted, which was discovered whilst doing the 20v conversion.
If details of workshop are wanted, please pm me.
I don't have access to forums at my work, as they are banned, so I'll check the site at night.

I wonder why he said afm problems if it doesn't have one?
I thought they did. The 20v does. He also mentioned something about a dodgy sensor as well. Idle one or something?
Anyways, with all this confusion, I've got no chance of selling this engine, most people who read this thread would think I'm full of shit and the motor's stuffed but honestly it's not.
I'm going to advertise it in The Trading Post next week and see what happens from that.

just sold a complete 100kw 4age outta an AE92 wit 250,000 on the clock also , had 150psi compression, but shat the big end bearing.
clutch , gearbox, everything included !!!
i got 120 for it , so 450 is a lil overpriced considering no loom, good luck tho.

i paid $1200 for my bigport 4age (knew the history of it and came with almost everything needed for rwd)... so what!
$450 isn't expensive for a 4age that doensn't need repairs (in my opinion).
in saying that, you really wanna clear out what problems (if any) this motor has.

Motor doesn't have any problems at all. Compression tested well recently.
A motor with problems won't record 101.5 Hp atws!
I wouldn't pay much for a motor that I had to spend big money fixing, which mine doesn't require.
Looks like I have a genuine buyer, who knows a bargain when he sees one.
I need to get rid of it soon, as I'm moving and don't have much room while my house is being built.
