Ed (MA-61) will be good to talk to, he's played with 7M heads a far bit, which are supposed to be very similar to 4As.
Hey Ed, do you know how much a single port flows, in terms of Hp capability?

oh, and stock port flow rates? NFI never got it flowed before the work started. i know a ported 5me head can do about 135cfm at 1.5 inches :nods:
or something like that anyway. hopefully 7m will shit on that.
ps, there are 2 types of 7m intake port divider, long and short. i decided to go with a short wall divider for hp potential, but i think all 4a's have the long wall.
talk to anthony at TCHS. its way better than anything i could write
cheers

Start by cleaning up all the dags on the inlet side seeing as thats where youll get the most improvement for effort, you can massage the walls on the entry a little too , you can safely take up to 2mm off the valve stem guides for N/A application dont know how hat would affect the seals for a turbo though?. I think in reality if youre going to use a turbo then its probhably only worthwhile giving it a clean up and polish seeing as the HP will be coming from the turbo mostly anyhow. you only need to spend lots of time to get small gains if youre looking for every last bit of power in a N/A system.
You can also open up the exhaust a bit but theres not much gain there as it will generally be caked in carbon after about 50K anyhow.
