I want to take my 4age to get a rebuild.. want to know any workshop in Melbourne that has a experience with 4age and reliable...
Can anyone recommend me one ?

you may be better off looking at getting a reco motor than spending what you would spend to get a workshop to rebuild it for you.

problems are "Reconditioned" can mean a lot of things i,e. just having new rings and a valve grind.

There are varying degrees of rebuild, from basic to "better than new" A reconditioned engine maybe more cost effective depending on what you want done. Keep the old engine if you're just getting a recon, its always good to have a spare.
