Cam Gasket and Fuel type for 3t-gteu? blah blah..

Few questions once again.
1. Where the hell can i get a cam gasket/top-end gasket(I believe it requires 2, 1 for the top and one further down) - for a 3t-gteu, and pricing it from Toyota here in New Zealand, they quoted $170NZ which is just fucking CRAZY, are there any equivalent etc? i ask this because yesterday, i took out the first 4 leads(to the spark plugs,2 sparks per cylinder), and the bay was filled up with oil right up to the gasket, but cyc3/4 were clean, no oil at all, and on the cam cover, the front end bolts were finger tight, but the back were tight, someones been pissing, tightened them up, MAY have fixed the leak maybe? but I'm still after a gasket for it.
2. What fuel should i be running my engine on? tried 91 runs fine on that.
3. CT20 Turbo, say i crank the boost upto 10psi, is the turbo gonna spool up any quicker? eg, develop boost at slightly lower rev's?
4. The breather/blow-by pipe, can someone take a picture of their breather pipe going back into the air turbo intake, mines been disconnected by some dipshit, and im going to hafta reconnect.. the fumes are getting nasty.

2. Use the highest octane fuel available. Turbo engines hate detonation, so more octane gives you a greater safety margin.
3. No. At low rpm the wastegate will be completely closed, regardless of whether the boost is "cranked" or not. If you want your turbo to spool quicker, a small shot of gas is apparently quite effective!

Gas as in nitrous... plenty of people use a quick burst of nitrous at low rpm to get a big turbo spooling. Even a small shot can be very effective as it gets a lot of exhaust flow happening, even at low rpm.

I was quoted $105.00 just for the neoprene gaskets for the cam cover. there's an inner & outer. hell expensive I reckon! Surely someone must make a cork equivalent rather than neoprene, but you wont be able to re-use it.
