Yup, that would be a 22R with the fuel injection ripped off and replaced with carbs. 
That would have to be one of the stupidest looking vehicles I've seen in quite a while!

Yup, this is the least practical machine ever invented. As far as I'm aware, a Hilux is built to do only 3 things:
1. Carry stuff
2. Do skids (mostly when the apprentice is driving)
3. Carry stuff.
The Hilux above can do none of those things, therefore it has no reason to exist. I'd suggest the owner has no reason to exist either.
