They look like old skool 13x7's, deep dish wheels.
I'd say they'd be hard to find these days.
As far as legal goes, here in NZ as long as the tyre is covered by the wheel arch it's legal (incl flares).

In NSW and Qld, you're not allowed to change the vehicle's track width. That means wheels with a different offset are a big no-no.

Er, in Queensland you can change track width up to 20mm over factory standard(Track width is measured from the centre of the treaded area of the tyre). Queensland Trasnsport has just re published an updated "Modifications" leaflet(available at depot or online) that specifies exactly what you can do without needing a blue plate(Engineers certificate).

Well if that's true they must have changed the rules in the last 12 months, but in any case that only lets you increase your wheel offset by 10mm.

Norbie
20mm overall track therefore 10mm per rim. Theoretically if you increase the rim width by 20mm but not changed off set your overall track has remained the same, but overall outer rim to rim distance has increased by 20mm. The key here is the legislative interpretation of "overall track", which is centre of rim to centre of rim. Theory behind not increasing offset by more than 10mm is to aviod uneaven torsional stresses on suspension components over the design. In this instance if the legislation is applied literally then provided the offset remains within 10mm( remeber- per rim) then rim width is free provided wheels/tyres do not foul any part of the car and remain within the guard lip. This way you can do that set up provided you have enough room inside the guards.
I'll dig up the link to the QLD Transport modifications guidelines and post this later today.

Hi
I just located and reread the details, it's actually 26mm max increase in track, with a restriction of tyre width to 1.3x maximum factory option.
link:www.transport.qld.gov.au/qt/driver.nsf/index/ vehiclemods
will take you to the QLD Transport publication covering permissable modifications (driveline, body, wheels) in .pdf version
Cheers.
