If it's the same bolt pattern as a 2TG manifold, it won't fit. The 2TG manifold has an opposite flange setup to the 18R-G.

Definitely won't fit, the port spacing is different.

I abandoned that idea a while ago... the 6M is starting to get a little tired, and I'd rather spend money on Project 2JZ anyway!
