1ggte wiring! what am i doing wrong (i heard traction issues knows a fair bit)

atm it aint doing anything, besides turning over
ok guys i have wired it as the diagram says what have i missed?
ecu input
1= batt i have it coming from the battery into a 20amp fuse then to main efi relay (connector 2 on relay) and batt on ecu
2. to ignition switch via a 7.5amp fuse
11. to starter via a 7.5amp fuse
4. to connector 1 on the main efi relay
5. going to globe on dash with power on the other end
16. to turbo indicator light
relays
Main efi relay
one and two i have mention already
3. to earth
4. into connector 2 of circuit open relayand to 1(f1)
circuit open relay
1. to fuel pump
2. already mentioned
3. into starter
4. to 15(F1)
6. earth
thats about it i think
all help would be great , also i heard that the ns/w has to be wired into the circuit open relay but i have been lead to believe it is wired to the starter??

Check that you have power to your ecu and ignitor/coil and make sure that you are getting fuel to the injectors. If this all checks out, have a close look at all connections for your ignition circuit. Other than that it is a bit had to tell without seeing it.... sorry
