Can you get rid of the 108km/h speed limit on Cruise Control? Sun, 02 February 2003 11:09 Go to next message
I have gotten to like driving with cruise control in my parents Commodore and liked the look of Soarers with cruise but am dissapointed that you can only go 108 in cruise!! Most of the roads I drive on have either no limit or 110 zones and it's frustrating having no cruise for some of the long sections. Do I need to buy a whole new computer (APEXi or similar?) to combat this cause I know that you need to do this to get rid if the 180 speed limit due to the locked Soarer computers.

Thanks

Steve

Yeah... very easily.

Just have to cross two jumpers in the control unit under the dash.
