Youngy.......

Your a bloody LEDGEND mate!!!! I think I will be purchasing a few products from this sight when I do up my 2nd Sprinter.. not that my first one is finished yet!! Very Happy

Its just that I wanted a turbo Sprinter first, but I also want a Screamer Sprinter... you know 20V or BEAMS Smile

Although the G/F is getting hell keen on getting a Sprinter of her own seeing as she is so enthusiastic about the current project, since it is going pretty much to plan... SO FAR *touches wood"... man she talks about it more than I do!! hehehe

LMFAO!!! 5.5 kg for a rear hatch!!! That's hell light!
One question to people in the know with fibreglass and shit... How strong is FRP and is it relatively good in maintaining its shape, like does it go "wavey" with time or extended exposure to the hot sun like in Queensland??

And I almost left my pants FULL'O'NUT when I saw those carbon doors! Shocked

Hehe thanks again Youngy,

FRP is very good ay maintaining it's shape, as long as they have put some UV protectant in the gel coat - which is standard practice these days I have been told.

You just won't really be able to slam your hatch if you crack the shits I would imagine. Technically you can't use Carbon doors on a road registered car (at least in NSW) of the sprinters vintage due to the side impact ADRs that the car was complied with.

Just a thought
