To be honest, I think that clear tails on an ma61 would look like absolute shit. IMO clear tails rarely work.
As to getting them, you would have to get them custom made. Which I would expect would be fairly expensive. You'd probably have to supply some rear lights, then a mould would have to be made etc etc. In short too much hassle for something that's going to look bad.
