hey i was just wondering why we cant have html in our sigs
is it because it takes up uneeded bandwidth?
i have some cool ideas for html sigs thats
all

It's just one less thing to have to police.
I can see lots of graphical sigs popping up if we enabled HTML in sigs.
It's just easier on everyone if that can't happen...

haha I get enough complaints that the forums are slow without adding heaps of extra downloads to each page, especially when they'll be dependant upon other servers which may be slow.
One thing I personally hate is big massive graphical sigs that distract from the content of the thread.
Sorry dude, but it ain't happening.
