use form-a-gasket!!! - go for a good quality one like locktight. Just be careful not to use too much.

Oherwise try Malcomb at Canberra Toyota at Philip or Sean Moloney at IDM in Melbourne on 03 94285277

would form a gasket last me very long?, i would preffer a long term fix, instead of a quick fix.

I cannot think of any reason why form-a-gasket would last any less time than other gasket compound. Infact I would expect it outlast other approaches. Preformed gaskets are just more convient and do not oose if you put too much on. Note that most toyota sumps are now put on with form-a-gasket.
