Actually I'm not too sure, I picked mine up second hand off this site , but I have been looking at a few tyre places trying to pick up another one as one has a tiny tiny bit of damage. But for you being in Sydney you'd be closer to check out Tempe Tyres unlike myself. If you find someone who has some let me know. And as for the doorpods, it's no problem.

You'd have to be out of your mind to laugh at one of these cars. Nice looking car ROBST162, weird thing is it seems to look a lot like mine . Thank god I have that GT-Four scoop to still stand out in a crowd.
Just wanting to know what is that white thing around your battery in the engine picture?

Wiso! I want your scoop! The scoop is ST-184 so did you get a shop to put it on? How much did it cost?
I have been wanting one for ages now. Where/how did you get it? I guess if I get a scoop I should be thinking about getting the 3SGTE, but anyway...
Here is one very sexy celica picture I found.. infact, quite similar to yours, and has provided much inspiration.
http://www.goodshopping.com.au/celica/bonnet.jpg
The white thing is my cold air ducting. You can see where it mounts on the front-on picture. I am not satisfied with it at the moment, and will be switching to a heat-shielded rigid piping shortly, but for now, it helps! The extractors make sure that the engine bay stays warm, and I need better protection I think.
No I actually do do webdesign, I just couldn't be bothered doing stuff late last night. maybe later. I have done sites like http://www.hyperstudy.com, and my site for my business is not done yet, I am redesigning it, will keep you posted...

The scoop cost me 400 from xplosive motorsports (ie. Newgel) here in Canberra, Thats fitted, painted and supplied. However that is not moulded into the bonnet mine is just bonded on top. It was far too expensive for me to have it moulded in. But I'm sure most bodykit places should do that kind of thing.
I never really got it to think about installing a 3S-GTE, it was more for the fact that because the extractors heat up the engine bay so much more, I kept killing my starter motor. So with the release of the Heat that has stopped happening.
Yeah I tried that cold air ducting once but even winding the hose through the coldest areas of the engine bay the hose still melted. Haven't been game enough to try it again.

Hey thanks Scott, very nice of you.
I had to put my pictures up because when I saw your car I was like, "A painted flaps and lip buddy!" Not too many of us. I can't belive I haven't seen you if you live in Castle Hill. I come up there all the time.
There were the two different types of scoops that people seem to like, the one Wiso has and the one in your picture (very sweet). I don't know which one i like better, but it will have to be moulded into the bonnet I reckon. I wonder how much more that is. Do you have an problems with water sitting inbetween the cams in the head cover? You know where your spark plugs go in.
I haven't had any problems with my extractors and my cold-air ducting. I was quite worried about issues with the ducting, but there have been no problems. It is made of pretty crazy stuff. thankyou hardwarehouse

well I was quoted 1500 to get it moulded in and whole bonnet resprayed (which they have to do), not a pretty price. and I dont think it needs to be moulded in, on my car it looks even sweeter having a visible lip around the edge of it.
see image - http://wise.4gencelica.net/scoop.jpg
The scoop sits directly above the extractors so the water evaporates very quickly.

Very nice Scotty... chromies wrapped in rubber. Nice choice, does definitely stand out, and a good decision on getting it lowered too. The back end looks a tad high, but that could be me.
Those are the same size wheels as I have on my RAV4 (17" x 7½"), except mine wear a beefy 255/50R17 tread. What's on yours, a 40-profile?
Keep those mods coming...

nahh it's the way these cars are I think. even with mine lowered the back still sits a tad higher then the front. It looks worse when it's standard height.
Those wheels look really schmic.
