Jaycar sells 5" Subs in polycone and carbon fibre from time to time, or do you need the enclosure? If You have the enclosure I would really like to get a look at some pictures if you have any. Also where does the standard sub and amp go?
My SW20 didn't come with the sub option. I use a 8" Schnieder band pass tube at 80W RMS, gotta love the build quality 10 years old and not one bass rattle.

and where do u fit the 8" sub cause i know it wont fit were the orignal sub goes, as the original is behind the passanger seat in the little step... as for the amp im sure its built into the head deck as i have the cd tape radio deck.

Ahh mmkay, the floor box on the passenger side is Chock full 'o amp and the sub tube sits neatly on top, gotta put the taga's in the boot but the passenger seat still has full movement.
If you could post some pics of the enclosure that would be great.. Sub Powered by the head deck, they must get hot then, I know that my head deck is toyota CD, Tape, Radio out of '00 land cruiser and with out the sub it has managed to cook it's self twice now but LC's have a stereo fan though. I have drilled out and retro fitted the stereo with it's own fan now, pays to handy with a soldering iron sometimes.
