Throttle Cable too Long 2TG -> KE35 Mon, 10 June 2002 22:06 Go to next message
My standard throttle cable is about 2-3" too long for the 2TGEU in my KE35 Corolla. Anyone know a cheap replacement.

Thanks,
Karl

Don't replace. Just cut it. The outer cable should be cut at the engine end, and pushed back into the adjuster bit. THe inner cable should be cut at the pedal end, with a bicycle cable clamp put back on the end.
