How much to register a 4agze in WA. Perth

Hi if i was to put a 4agze in my ae82 corola sedan. it has a 4a carby engine in now.
Once i have done the conversion how much do u thing it would cos to get it registered to be legal on the road as it would have a different engine in it..
how much for engineers certificate.
im in perth, WA

I'm sure half the people in WA ignore this, but if you want to do it right, I think from memory you have to fill out a 10 page form (which I'm doing atm) and you can download it from the net for the "proposed" modifications
